A Little Bit Silly and a Little Bit Sparkley!

Noah is a Lego camp this week, and that leaves Gigi feeling a little left out...
Which means it's the perfect time to bust out a Pinterest inspired activity!
Hurray for homemade silly putty!
The only thing you may not have readily on hand for this project is Borax, but it can be found in the laundry isle of Target for about $3.
The recipe for this silly putty is not my own, I found it HERE.
But essentially, you take one bottle of glue...
Add an equal amount of water and stir...
Don't forget the food coloring and glitter...
The Borax should be dissolved in a bowl of hot water, once you add the borax mixture to your glue mixture it's time to get your hands messy!
The Borax componant immediately turns the mixture into a gelatinous, although surprisingly non-messy, goo!
I must warn you that this goo is addicting to play with and I was tempted to make a batch just for me, so if you decide to try it, you may want to pick up several bottles of glue, maybe the pre-sparkley kind, or the clear glue for a slightly different effect!
The bottom line is, that this quick and easy project turned this lower lip...
Into this...
For the win!!!
